A humanitarian organization which aims to save lives, sustain livelihoods and enhance human capacity in communities facing poverty, ongoing conflict or natural disaster and carries out youth activities through schools and in Community Learning and Action Centers, located in areas of high vulnerability, which function as education and youth service providers, community hubs and safe spaces accessible by children, youth and adults is looking for Project Officer /Youth Trainer (Male or Female). Location: Sana’a, Yemen. Gross Salary $1000-1200. Bachelor degree in related field (education, business, economic development, political science or other relevant field). A minimum 3 years of related experience, including project management and previous successful experience with program start-up. Strong organizational skills, experience in planning, prioritizing and organizing a complex workload and activities with interrelated schedules. Excellent communication skills in Arabic; advanced proficiency in English (writing, reading and speaking). Proficiency in use of computers (advanced word processing, database management and presentation skills, intermediate desktop publishing skills).Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-cultural team. Strong presentation skills; ability to represent the organization in meetings with stakeholders and in public forums.
