Gross Salary:- 1200-1400USD. Location: Sana’a, with travel to the field. Bachelors degree in related field (education, business, economic development, political science or other relevant field); Masters degree preferred-A minimum 5 years project management and development experience and at least 3 years experience working for an international NGO -Technical expertise in youth and education programming and/or community development. Successful program start-up experience. Strong leadership and teambuilding skills; staff management and capacity building experience. Sound financial planning and management experience. Understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles; excellent report writing skills. Gender and cultural sensitivity; understanding of gender mainstreaming in development. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Strong presentation skills; ability to represent the organization in meetings with stakeholders and in public forums.
